Business Listings
If you add a business listing to the Directory or any other Content to the Website, you agree:
- that you are the owner or authorised representative of that business;
- to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about that business;
- to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself;
- to grant, and warrant that you have the right to grant, w3PAGES an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, transferable, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, edit, publicly display, reformat, translate, excerpt (in whole or in part), sublicense and distribute that Content for any purpose;
- that you retain full ownership over and responsibility for the Content you add to the Website including any intellectual property or other rights associated with your Content;
- that you own or control the rights or have permission to add any Content that is protected by or subject to intellectual property laws;
- not to add any Content that violates any intellectual property or other rights, is defamatory, abusive, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, obscene, offensive, indecent, unlawful or otherwise objectionable.

- to update the business listing should any of the details provided change over time; and
- to remove the business listing should the business cease to exist.
User Accounts
A user account will be created for you should you choose to add a business listing to the Website.
A user account provides password-protected access to the Website to manage your business listing(s) and other Content. It is your responsibility to choose a secure password for your user account and to maintain and protect the confidentiality of your username and password combination. You agree not to make this information available to any other party and accept responsibility for all activity carried out under your account.
You acknowledge and agree that W3PAGES may send you communications via email from time to time or as requested by you such as account information, newsletter and service announcements.
Termination
You may remove your business listing(s) and/or user account from the Website at any time, either from within your user account or by sending an email to info@w3pages.org. If terminating your account or business listing via email, please allow up to 14 days for your details to be removed from the Website.
User Conduct
In using the Website, you agree:
- to comply with all local and international laws and regulations;
- not to compromise or attempt to compromise the security of the Website in any way;
- not to add, post, transmit or otherwise make available any material that contains software viruses, malicious or harmful code or programs designed to interrupt, damage, modify, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer software or hardware or telecommunications equipment;
- not to use the Website to engage in misleading or deceptive practices, harvest email addresses or personal information, transmit spam or facilitate any other objectionable behaviour; and
- that any dealings, purchases or agreements made between you and any business, advertiser or other party found through the Website are entirely between you and that party;

You may access or correct any personal information that w3PAGES holds about you by logging in to your user account or by sending an email to info@w3pages.org.
